He has been doing mixed animal medicine since then except for a few years teaching in a veterinary diagnostic laboratory. John decided to attend veterinary school at Iowa State, graduating in 1997. After meeting a veterinarian from Wisconsin while doing research on Guanacos in southern Chile. John went to Iowa State University for an undergraduate degree in Ecology. John remembers coming to Dodgeville and camping at Governor Dodge almost every summer during his youth. He has a good friend, Lady, his Golden Retriever, as well as beef cattle, chickens, ducks, and pigs. John grew up on a farm along the Mississippi River in Iowa. He is also actively involved in various community theater organizations including those in the Verona and Madison area.ĭr. Other interests include exercise, video/board games, and anything that involves being outdoors. In his free time, Marcus enjoys time with his family, friends, and his pomeranian Eris. Wisniewski is also performing VSMT on horses! ![]() In addition to serving small animal patients at Dodgeville Veterinary Service, Dr. Marcus Wisniewski also does chiropractic on small animals and Horses. Marcus, completed his certification in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy (VSMT) throughthe Healing Oasis Veterinary Wellness Center in 2019, and became a fellow of the College of Animal Chiropractors (CoAC). His professional interests include internal medicine, neonatology, chiropractic/rehabilitation, and surgery.ĭr. Following his internship Marcus entered mixed animal practice where he did mostly horse and small animal work. ![]() Marcus Wisniewski graduated from the University of Illinois with a doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and completed an internship at Wisconsin Equine Clinic and Hospital. She spends her free time with her family hiking, biking, running, hunting, fishing, and crafting.ĭr. The Ebbe family has two cats (Douglas and Raphael), and a dog (Arya). They have two energetic outgoing sons, Archer and Calvin. Ebbe says her favorite thing about being a veterinarian is that no two days are ever the same. “We did everything together, and he was my driving force for wanting to be a veterinarian.”ĭr. “When I was a child, I had a Labrador retriever named Thor,” she says.
